Focus, focus.....

While diligently providing the service and support we are known for, keeping customer's equipment up and running, I have allowed new equipment sales to become blurred somewhat.
Yes, there has been new equipment sales here but there needs to be more, for our sake and our customer's.

Being a service tech from way back, it's my nature to want to fix things and get every ounce of useful life from a piece of equipment as long as it is able and doesn't break the bank to do so.
And recognizing a customer's situation as well as sometimes their affection for that particular printer or copier, I have been known to go over and above to repair that equipment to either save them a little money or keep the "old reliable" alive.

But now, with a new focus, I will be showcasing, more clearly, the exciting Xerox products and services we can offer.

Great machines for every market from SOHO to SMB. Reliable mono and color equipment with print quality unsurpassed in their segment with a cost per print level that is a budget pleaser.

Great services too. The managed print services that I will be offering as a Xerox Channel Partner are amazing. PagePack and eConcierge programs will be services that will make my customer's office lives a little less complicated and allow them to keep a lid on in house print costs.
