As an independent business person servicing and selling office machines of all types, I started this blog site as a compliment to the main web site to share news and experiences that will hopefully be of interest and maybe helpful for everyone that uses copiers, printers, scanners or fax machines.

With nearly 25 years in the industry, I sometimes think I've seen it all. From mouse nests inside a machine causing copy quality issues to emergency calls to retrieve a diamond from an engagement ring that popped off while the young lady was retrieving her copies from the collator of an IBM Series III machine. Then something new arises and, if it is interesting or funny enough I will share it here.

Also, I will list helpful information and advice on office equipment.

We are factory authorized from many manufacturers such as Xerox, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Brother and more.
But, we do service all makes and models here. There are always plenty of Sharp copiers, HP printers and even a Risograph or two that needs repairs. The multi-function units have been a welcome addition to those seeking to save space in their office areas but have introduced a different set of service calls from time to time.

I'll be updating this blog as often as I can with content and news related to our field of expertise and maybe more.
